ABOUT
CED Accounting Services, LLC was established in 2016 in Howard County, Maryland by Cecilia
Doy and is now based in Horry County. South Carolina. The company was founded to fill a need for small businesses that offer traditional
accounting services.
Over 20 years of successfully running a small business in the past has provided insight into
many of the challenges unique to start-ups and individually managed companies. Our aim is to
help owners not only with their basic accounting needs, but also to provide guidance and
resources for the other financial aspects of managing a small business.
